Booking Confirmation and Delivery of Travel Documents
  • Once your cruise booking is confirmed and payment is received, travel documents including tickets, itineraries, and additional vouchers will be issued electronically.
  • All documents will be sent via email within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise specified.
  • If physical documents are needed, please contact our support team to arrange mailing, which may incur additional charges.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellation policies vary based on the cruise line and specific voyage. Please review the cancellation terms at the time of booking.
  • Typically, cancellations made within a certain period before departure may incur fees or forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cruise line’s policies and may take up to 14 business days.
Changing or Exchanging Bookings
  • Changes to your booking (such as dates, cabin types, or passenger details) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Requests to exchange or modify bookings must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
  • Certain promotional fares or packages may have restrictions on exchanges or changes.
